About this file

This is a Payment Schedule exhibit from a Ground Transportation Management Services agreement between Broward County, Florida and a contractor for operations at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The contract establishes a fixed annual fee structure payable in twelve equal monthly installments, with specific fee amounts to be provided for Agreement Years 1 through 3. Beginning in Agreement Year 4, the fixed fee will adjust annually on the first day of each subsequent agreement year, with adjustments limited to the lesser of the change in the U.S. Department of Labor Consumer Price Index for the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area or three percent. The fixed fee covers all administrative costs, bookkeeping, legal expenses, security deposit costs, background check fees, employee uniforms, required insurance coverages, report preparation, and all other operational expenses associated with providing the contracted services.

In addition to the fixed fee, the County shall reimburse the contractor for pre-approved reimbursable expenses including employee salaries and wages as specified in the Operating Plan, actual costs for janitorial and waste management services at staging lots, costs related to the Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI) System, port-a-potty and tent rental expenses, and other operational costs approved in advance and in writing by the Contract Administrator. All reimbursable expenses require substantiation through invoices, proof of payment, and documentation as required by the Contract Administrator. The payment schedule does not identify specific dollar amounts for the fixed fees, indicating these amounts were to be completed in the final executed agreement.
