Specialized Engineering Solutions is submitting a solicitation response for the EHRM Infrastructure Design Project at the Hines VA in Chicago, IL. Refer to the following information:
1. Is the C-1 concrete just bare concrete or will it be Polished, Grind and Seal, or just Sealer?
Response: C-1 is used only in patching existing conditions after the TRs have been constructed. Therefore, it will be match to existing surrounding conditions.
