Relay 1B does not coordinate with Relay FDR A-3 and Rely FDR A-4 and remains so with recommendations made on curve 05_R-A3_US-1A. Therefore, we recommend increasing the long time pickup from 500A to 1100A.
Future submittals will discuss more in depth the protection of the generator.
Feeders are properly protected and are not subject to damage.
02GF_MV_Gen_R-A4_R-A3 Coordination is acceptable.
03_R-A3_Outpatient
Transformer Outpatient Pharmacy is properly protected.
Relay FDR A-3 does not coordinate with Relay US-7. However, Recommendations made on curve 05_R-A3_US-1A will provide for proper coordination.
There appears to be a miscoordination between FU Outpatient Pharmacy and FU XF Outpatient Pharmacy. However, these devices are in series and tripping of either will result in the same outage so this is acceptable.
Feeders are properly protected and are not subject to damage.
03GF_R-A3_Outpatient Coordination is acceptable.

XF US-7 is properly protected.
Relay FDR A-3 does not coordinate with Relay US-7. However, recommendations made on curve 05_R-A3_US-1A will provide for proper coordination.
A larger concern on this curve is that both of the relays do not coordinate with FU XF US-7. Further examination of this coordination will be provided in future submissions.
Feeders are properly protected and are not subject to damage.

05_R-A3_US-1A
Transformer US-1A West is properly protected.
Relay FDR A-3 does not coordinate with FU US-1A West. Therefore, we recommend increasing the INST of Relay FDR A-3 from 1400A to 2200A. This recommendation will provide for proper coordination. This recommendation shall be made to the following relays to ensure proper coordination across the system: FDR A-2, FDR B-1, FDR B-2 and FDR B-
3. See Table 4.1 for further information.
Feeders are properly protected and are not subject to damage.
06_R-A1_US-6
Transformer US-6 East is properly protected.
Relay FDR A-1 does not coordinate with FU US-6 East. Therefore, we recommend increasing the INST of Relay FDR A- 1 from 1400A to 2400A. This recommendation will provide for proper coordination.
