About this file
This document is a Davis-Bacon wage determination for highway construction work in Washington state, effective 03/21/2025. The wage determination provides detailed hourly wage rates and fringe benefits for multiple construction trade classifications across various counties in Washington, including carpenters, power equipment operators, laborers, electricians, ironworkers, painters, and truck drivers.
Key wage rate highlights include: carpenter rates ranging from $41.86 to $49.18 per hour, power equipment operators earning $53.62 to $61.27 per hour depending on equipment group, and laborers receiving $25.37 to $44.62 per hour based on job classification. The document also specifies zone pay differentials for different geographic areas, hazardous waste work premiums, and detailed job classification descriptions. The wage rates are subject to Executive Orders 14026 and 13658, which mandate minimum wage rates, with the current required minimum being $17.75 per hour for contracts entered into on or after January 30, 2022.
