About this file
This document is a Notification of Priority Rated Order from the United States Coast Guard Facilities Design & Construction Center for Solicitation No. 70Z05025R43000001. The letter assigns a Defense Production Act Rating of DO-N5 for Electrical Shore Tie materials with a required delivery date of 01 October 2028. The DO-N5 rating mandates that suppliers and manufacturers must prioritize and fulfill these contract orders before commercial or lower-priority DPAS rated orders, potentially requiring diversion of materials from other contracts to meet this requirement.
The solicitation is specifically for the Base Seattle CERCLA Public Service Cutters (PSC) Homeport Phase 1A project, supporting USCG Law Enforcement Activities. The order is issued under the NMACC3 Pool 1 IDIQ Contract and applies to all prime contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. Contractors must comply with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) regulation, with questions to be directed to Adam L. Parga at the provided email address.
