The amendment introduces several key changes, including adding new base bid items for geotextile material (67,000 square feet), fish mix material (1,910 tons), and reactive core mat (3,380 square feet). It also provides detailed quantity breakdowns for armor stone and filter stone types, and addresses multiple pre-proposal inquiries (PPIs) related to material quantities and pricing.
