About this file
This document outlines requirements for demonstration and training services for the renovation of cooling towers at the National Institute of Standards and Technology Building 42 Central Utility Plant. The contractor must develop an instructional program consisting of training modules covering system design, documentation, emergencies, operations, adjustments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. For each module, the contractor must submit learning objectives and an outline describing the skills and knowledge to be imparted. The contractor must also coordinate instruction schedules with facility operations and submit attendance records. Training is to be provided at mutually agreed upon dates, times, and durations, including seasonal operation instructions at the start of each season.
