The scope spans 124 separate bid line items covering temporary traffic control devices, pedestrian and workzone safety measures, signage, barriers, raised markers, painted pavement markings, thermoplastic markings (standard, profiled, and preformed), permanent tape, and other traffic-operations materials. All work and materials must conform fully to FDOT Standard Plans and Specifications, including Sections 102 and 701-715. Contractors must comply with E-Verify employment eligibility verification, provide drug-free workplace certification, comply with anti-human trafficking requirements, and meet all debarment and suspension certifications. Federal grant funding may be utilized; if so, Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements and other applicable federal compliance standards apply.

Bids remain subject to acceptance or rejection for 90 days after opening. The County reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Responses must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov Procurement platform. The procurement contact is Amber Hammonds, Purchasing Agent II, at (850) 689-5960 Ext. 6962.
