The estimated project budget ranges from $10-25 million, with a total contract duration of 490 calendar days after award. The place of performance is Washington, D.C., specifically at the Marine Barracks location. The project involves substantial renovation work, including asbestos abatement, structural repairs, and preservation of historic building elements. The contract includes 11 line items with a base price and 10 optional components covering various aspects of renovation such as roofing, exterior envelope repair, plumbing, telecommunications work, and life safety improvements. Performance bonds will be required covering 100% of the aggregate amount if all options are exercised. Contractors must comply with specific wage determinations, including paying workers at least $17.75 per hour under Executive Order 14026 for contracts entered after January 30, 2022.
