Notes:

1. The Offeror shall provide a price for all items on the Price Schedule. The Government will evaluate offers based on the total evaluated price, which is the sum of Line Items 1-11.

2. The lump sum price above shall be deemed to include all costs required for the specified work, in accordance with the drawings and specifications, including all labor, materials, equipment, tools, management, supervision, and related items.

3. A firm fixed proposed price is required for all Line Items. No provision is made for economic price adjustment.

4. Failure to enter a price for any of the Items will result in the proposal being rejected as unacceptable.

5. The Government may reject an offer as nonresponsive if it is materially unbalanced as to prices for the basic requirement and the quantities. An offer is unbalanced when it is based on prices significantly less than cost for some work and prices, which are significantly overstated for other work.

6. The Offeror’s price is valid for 90 days from the receipt of proposals.

7. Total Contract duration is 490 calendar days after contract award.

8. Evaluation of Options (JUL 1990). Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206 (b) not to be in the Government's best interest, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the price for the Option(s) to the total price for Line Item 1. In accordance with FAR 52.217-5, evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the Option(s).

9. The Government reserves the unilateral right to award Line Items 2-11 to the Contractor at the proposed price within 90 calendar days after the contract award. The Contract Completion Date (CCD) does not change if any or all the bid options are awarded.

10. If Line Items 2-11 are exercised after award, additional bonding and consent of surety is required.

Consequently, the Performance Bond must reflect 100 percent of the aggregate amount of all Items.
