Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC), Regional Contracting Office-Hawaii intends to solicit proposals utilizing 8(a) Set-aside procedures for Management and Mess Attendant (M&MA) services for Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. This requirement is subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act. Services to be obtained under this contract are for Management and Mess Attendant Services for Anderson Hall, Bldg. 1089, the Satellite Facility, Bldg. 144, and Pu'uloa Range Training Facility (PRTF), Bldg. 200 . The Contractor shall provide a management, personnel, tools, and supervision necessary to perform management, administration and inventory control, food preparation, mess attendants, food service workers, food preparation and serving equipment maintenance and repair, motor vehicle operation and cashiers at facilities associated within the Marine Corps Base Hawaii Food Service Program. This requirement will be solicited under solicitation number M00318-17-R-0003 and will be available on FedBizOpps upon release. The contract period will consist of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for October 5, 2017. Specific information concerning registering for and attending the site visit will be included in the Request for Proposal package expected to be issued on FBO in approximately 1 week. The NAICS Code is 722310 Food Services Contractors. All questions regarding this requirement should be submitted in writing to Eileen Keating Carnaggio at eileen.carnaggio@usmc.mil.
