20200902 - The purpose of this update is to post Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation W9124C-20-R-0007.  The Amendment removes a statement added to M.3.1 Factor 1/Subfactor 1: Construction Experience, erroneously added in Amendment 0001.  As a result of this Amendment, the Solicitation will not be extended.  All other terms and conditions remain the same.

After the Government completed the Site visit on 11 February 20120, it was determined that the Sample Project utilized for this effort was improperly identified and will be updated and provided to all offerors within the next week with the Released solicitation. As a result of this change ALL questions for the DRAFT solicitation and site visit have been extended from 18 February 2020 to 24 February 2020.

MICC Fort Jackson will be conducting a site visit on 11 Feb 2020 for the Sample Project (which will be used for the pricing portion of the solicitation that will follow).  

The deadline to register for our site visit for the sample project for the MATOC is this Friday, 07 February, 2020 at 1400 hours.

You will need to proceed through gate 2 on Strom Thurman Blvd.  Once through the gate, take the first right, down less than half a mile on the left is Bldg 4340.  The parking lot is on the left just before the four way stop. There is also parking in the rear of the building if that lot is full.

The site visit is scheduled for 11 February 2020 at 1000 hours.  The meeting place is at Bldg 4340 in the conference room.  After a short meeting we will proceed to Bldg 5385 for the site visit.
