The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson is seeking proposals for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract to provide facility repair and construction services at Fort Jackson, South Carolina from September 2020 through September 2025. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure services for IMCOM, DPW, Engineering Division for for a broad range of real property repair and construction at Fort Jackson. Potential projects include, but are not limited to, administrative facilities, maintenance shops, child development centers, physical fitness centers, maintenance shops, food service facilities, airfield structures (including rigid and flexible paving), roads, athletic fields, bridges, underground utilities, overhead utilities, gates, warehouses, and auditoriums.  Projects may include incidental design, testing, studies, surveys, and abatement for lead-based paint (LBP) or asbestos containing materials (ACM).  Projects may need to be developed from a conceptual idea.  Facility repairs, renovations, and construction.  The services covered by this contract are for real property repair and construction. 

It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The anticipated period of performance will be 18 Sep 2020 to 17 Sep 2025, resulting in a one (1) year base and four (4) year option periods.

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220,Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $36.5M. This procurement will be competitively procured as a Hub-Zone Small Business Set-aside.

MICC Fort Jackson will be conducting a site visit on 11 Feb 2020 for the Sample Project (which will be used for the pricing portion of the solicitation that will follow).  

The deadline to register for our site visit for the sample project for the MATOC is this Friday, 07 February, 2020 at 1400 hours.

If you are interested in attending and do not have post access already, send the following information to the POC's listed below: Individuals full name, Driver's license number and state and date of birth for each person attending the site visit.  There is a limit of three attendees per firm.  All attendees will need to bring this identification with them to gain access to post.

You will need to proceed through gate 2 on Strom Thurman Blvd.  Once through the gate, take the first right, down less than half a mile on the left is Bldg 4340.  The parking lot is on the left just before the four way stop. There is also parking in the rear of the building if that lot is full.

The site visit is scheduled for 11 February 2020 at 1000 hours.  The meeting place is at Bldg 4340 in the conference room.  After a short meeting we will proceed to Bldg 5385 for the site visit.
