The contractor must maintain a site superintendent on-site, attend weekly progress meetings, provide performance and payment bonds within 14 calendar days of award, and maintain minimum insurance coverage including $100,000 employer's liability, $500,000 general liability per occurrence, and $200,000 per person/$500,000 per occurrence automobile liability. Prevailing wage rates apply under Davis-Bacon Act requirements, with separate determinations for Summit County (Kamas site) and Wasatch County (Strawberry site), Utah.
