Wage Determination Summary
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration, effective March 30, 2026 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4485, Revision 30). The determination applies to service contracts awarded in Georgia counties of Liberty and Long and establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits required for federal contract work in the designated geographic area.
The wage determination lists approximately 200 occupation classifications across multiple categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry cleaning, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective service, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, transportation, and miscellaneous occupations. Wage rates range from $8.70 per hour (carnival worker) to $49.87 per hour (dental hygienist). All occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, $222.00 weekly, or $962.00 monthly) for standard contracts, or $5.09 per hour ($203.60 weekly or $882.27 monthly) for contracts covered by Executive Order 13706 providing paid sick leave. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually, and specified hazardous pay differentials (4-8 percent) for designated hazardous work. Computer professionals, air traffic controllers, and weather observers have footnoted special considerations regarding exemptions and pay differentials. The document includes conformance procedures for unlisted occupations requiring contractor submission of proposed classifications and rates for Department of Labor approval within 30 days of performance initiation.
