About this file
This is a Technical Exhibit C detailing the deliverables schedule for a Performance Work Statement (PWS) contract requiring safety, compliance, and operational documentation submissions.
The contractor must submit multiple deliverables at specified intervals following contract award. Critical submissions include a Safety Plan and Spill Plan within thirty calendar days of award; a Key Personnel Roster within one week of award; Material Safety Data Sheets within five business days of award; Training Completion Certificates within thirty calendar days of contract start; a Georgia herbicide application certificate or license within ten calendar days during the phase-in period; and Required Insurance documentation within ten calendar days of award. The Phase-in Plan must be submitted at the time of proposal. All deliverables require one electronic copy submission to the Contracting Officer (KO) or designated Government representative/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), except for accident reports requiring Emergency Medical Treatment, which must be reported immediately by email or telephone within two hours of the incident. All documentation submissions are in electronic format except the initial accident notification, which permits telephone communication.
