Reference Section 00 22 16 - Supplementary Instructions to Proposers, paragraph 5.2.2 Evaluation Criteria. Please consider revising the definition of "Recent" project to one that was completed and turned over no longer than ten (10) years preceding the issuance of this Solicitation. Projects of this size and complexity are relatively rare, and lengthening the reach back period will increase competition and more fully describe offerors' relevant experience.

Government Response. The definition of 'Recent' will be revised in amendment #3.

8608605 Other Section 00 22 16 Comment Classification: Unclassified\\For Official Use Only (U\\FOUO)

Reference Section 00 22 16 - Supplementary Instructions to Proposers, paragraph 5.2.2 Evaluation Criteria. Please confirm the Government will consider projects greater than $150M relevant as long as other relevancy features are included in the project.

Government Response. The intent behind the criteria in 5.2.2, specifically, "The Government will evaluate the extent to which the construction value of a submitted project approximates a range from $75M to $150M," is to avoid a situation in which an arbitrary cut-off would result in a project with a substantially similar order of magnitude be evaluated as dissimilar. For example, the Government intends to avoid evaluating a project with a stated value of $150,000,001 as not similar. The Government will retain discretion to determine whether a project value approximates the stated range.
