About this file

This document contains a capability matrix for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V opportunity. The matrix requires offerors to indicate their existing capabilities within each geographic combatant command as they relate to over 100 services outlined in the LOGCAP performance work statement. For each service and command, offerors must place an "X" if they have existing relevant experience or an "O" if they have been contracted but not yet performed the work. Offerors must also provide a point of contact, phone number and email for any contracts listed. The matrix covers a wide range of logistics and base support services including construction, facilities management, food services, transportation, and supply chain operations. This document appears to be an attachment to the pre-solicitation for LOGCAP V, which will support contingency operations worldwide.
