About this file
This document contains a workload data report template and details of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V federal contract opportunity. The workload data report template provides a framework for contractors to report workload drivers and data under the various work breakdown structure elements, including base camp services, supply management, maintenance, transportation, and field support. Key services required include shelter and billeting, utilities, water and ice, laundry, food services, waste management, morale and recreation, security, facility maintenance, motor transport, air transportation, container management, and movement control support. Contractors should ensure consistent reporting of site codes, names, and work breakdown structures. The Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V is a pre-solicitation opportunity with the Department of the Army Materiel Command to provide theater support and logistics services on a worldwide basis. Industry days will take place on October 27-29, 2015 in Davenport, Iowa, with one-on-one meetings scheduled to obtain industry feedback to develop the solicitation.
