About this file

This file is a Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) clause document, specifically VAAR 852.219-75, which appears to be a template provision related to federal contracting requirements rather than a substantive statement of work or solicitation details.

The document itself is a regulatory clause template and does not contain specific product or service requirements, pricing terms, response dates, or award information directly related to the Z1DA--VANJHCS Demolition and Abatement IDIQ solicitation. To properly evaluate this contract opportunity, the actual Statement of Work, solicitation provisions, and contracting requirements contained in other primary documents would need to be reviewed. Based on the related federal contract opportunity metadata provided, the underlying solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 2, valued between $10,000 minimum and $2,000,000 maximum, for demolition and abatement services at VA Medical Centers in East Orange and Lyons, New Jersey, with a five-year term and compliance required with New Jersey asbestos abatement regulations.
