About this file

This document is a detailed Negotiation Sheet for Hydrological Engineering Services for Solicitation BPM003384, involving Stantec as the primary contractor with potential sub-consultants including ACS, Ninyo, App Weather, and LTM. The document appears to be a comprehensive pricing schedule for a state and local contract, specifically focused on engineering, surveying, environmental, and technical services across multiple professional categories.

The pricing schedule encompasses over 40 distinct professional roles with detailed hourly rates, ranging from clerical support at $55-$91 per hour to principal-level positions like Principal Engineer at $251 per hour. The rates are categorized by experience level and specific professional responsibilities, including engineering, surveying, construction inspection, environmental science, cultural resource management, and meteorological services. Key terms include zero percent markup for sub-consultants and reimbursable items, mileage reimbursement at federal rates, and no additional fees for metro Phoenix area travel. The document includes two sets of pricing: one from August 17, 2021, and an earlier version from June 21, 2021, suggesting an ongoing negotiation and refinement of the contract terms.
