About this file
The document is an Award Determination issued by the Arizona Game and Fish Department for a Hydrological Engineering Services solicitation (BPM003384), following competitive sealed proposal procedures under Arizona state procurement regulations. The award was made to five engineering firms: Cardno Inc, JE Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology, Dowl HKM, Stantec Consulting Services Inc, and Wilson & Co. Inc.
The contract appears to be an indefinite delivery vehicle for hydrological engineering services, with multiple firms selected as highest-ranking offerors based on evaluation scores. The award determination indicates these firms were deemed most advantageous to the state, suggesting a multi-vendor approach that allows the Arizona Game and Fish Department flexibility in selecting engineering services as needed. The document does not specify contract duration, specific pricing terms, or total contract value, but represents a competitive selection process for professional hydrological and engineering consulting services.
