About this file
This document appears to be a technical drawing related to a state and local contract opportunity for the construction of a new parole and probation building at the Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility in Albany, Oregon. The drawing provides details on the electrical infrastructure, including the placement of light poles, conduits, and the main electrical distribution panel. The related state and local contract opportunity is seeking bids for all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services required for the construction work described in Attachments A and B, as well as other ITB documents. The contract is for the state of Oregon, specifically the jurisdictions of Lake County and the City of Albany.
The document does not provide pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient commercial details. The emphasis appears to be on the technical specifications and drawings for the electrical infrastructure of the new facility.
