About this file
This document is an Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (EPSC) plan for the Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility (OCYCF) New Parole and Probation building construction project in Albany, Oregon. Inspections can be requested by calling the provided phone number.

Michael Ficek Text Box All EPSC controls shall be in place and approved by the City of Albany before land disturbing work begins. The implementation of these EPSC plans and the construction maintenance, replacement and upgrading of these plans is the responsibility of the contractor until all construction is completed and approved and vegetation is established and/or all disturbed areas have been permanently stabilized. Have a Dewatering Plan in place. The EPSC controls shown on this plan are the minimum requirements for anticipated site conditions. During the construction period, these EPSC controls shall be upgraded, as needed, for unexpected storm events and to ensure that sediment-laden water does not leave the site.
