About this file

The solicitation is issued by the Department of Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 17 for project 504-18-119. Offerors must complete calculations showing the percentage of work they estimate will be self-performed versus paid to non-Veteran-Involved Procurement listed Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with limits of 50% for services, 85% for general construction, and 75% for special trade contractors. Instructions are provided on how to calculate these percentages based on the total proposed price and estimated amounts paid to non-VIP firms.
