About this file
This is FAR provision 52.225-6 Trade Agreements Certificate (Feb 2021), which is part of RFQ #75N95025Q00083 for an Opera Phenix Plus High-Content Screening System (or equal) for the NIH's Center for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (CARD).
The certificate requires offerors to certify that each end product is U.S.-made or from a designated country, except for specifically listed items. Offerors must identify any products that are not U.S.-made or from designated countries by listing the line item number and country of origin. The evaluation will be conducted according to FAR Part 25, with U.S.-made and designated country end products being considered without regard to Buy American statute restrictions. The government will only consider offers for non-U.S./designated country products if the Contracting Officer determines there are insufficient U.S./designated country product offers to meet requirements.
