About this file
This is FAR provision 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Certificate (Feb 2021), which is included as Attachment 5 in solicitation 75N95025Q00005-RFQ for Assay Kits for a Lumipulse instrument.
The certificate requires offerors to certify that all end products being offered are U.S.-made or from designated countries as defined in the Trade Agreements clause, except for any items specifically listed by the offeror as being from non-designated countries. The document includes a table format where offerors must list any non-U.S./non-designated country end products by line item number and country of origin. The provision stipulates that the government will evaluate offers according to FAR Part 25 policies, with WTO GPA-covered items being evaluated without Buy American restrictions, and will only consider U.S.-made or designated country end products unless the Contracting Officer determines no such offers exist or are insufficient to meet requirements.
