About this file
This is a Notice of Short List Revised document issued by the City of Portland, Oregon for RFP 2391 concerning Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Software and Installation Services for the water utility. The City of Portland is seeking proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in licensing, configuring, installing, deploying, and supporting AMI hardware and software systems. The procurement process identifies a short list of pre-qualified vendors who have been evaluated and selected to move forward in the competitive bidding process based on their qualifications, experience, and technical capabilities in AMI systems implementation.
The short list document serves as a notification to unsuccessful initial applicants and confirmation to selected firms that they may proceed with submitting detailed proposals. The revised notice indicates modifications were made to the original short list, potentially reflecting corrections to vendor names, qualifications, or other administrative details. Firms on the short list are expected to demonstrate relevant experience with water utility AMI deployments, possess necessary technical expertise, and maintain capacity to handle the full scope of licensing, configuration, installation, deployment, and ongoing support requirements for the City's water infrastructure modernization initiative.
