F-16 Brake Control System
Nongovernmental Support Notification & Agreement
Nongovernmental technical advisory support is anticipated to be provided by ES3 Prime Logistics Group, Inc. The ES3 (contractor) employees are identified as follows:
1) Bryan Terry; ES3 Prime Logistics Group, Inc.
2) Trent Wall ES3 Prime Logistics Group, Inc.
These two (2) individuals will be limited to a technical subject matter role, providing technical expertise/clarification based on RFP response(s). These individuals shall not participate as an evaluator in any capacity, or provide any directives to Government personnel in regard to their evaluations, or the evaluation process; additionally, these individuals are wholly restricted from participating in, or having any knowledge of past-performance information, activities, or determinations. These individuals have signed the NDA/OCI with the Government that pertains to this requirement.
Offerors may provide, if they so choose, their own non-disclosure agreement and/or organizational conflict of interest document, to the individuals listed above; and/or they may utilize an existing agreement with the company employing the nongovernmental advisor (see FAR 9.505-4(b). Offerors may, at no adverse effect to them, decline or limit consent for nongovernmental personnel participation. Limited (technical support) consent shall be provided in accordance with Section L; section 2.1; table 1. Prior to any nongovernmental participation Offerors must complete the section below:
1) I (_do) (_do not) (_provide limited) consent for the above named nongovernmental contractor to access proprietary information for technical advisory purposes only.
