About this file

This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines deliverables required for the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) phase of the F-16 Brake Control System Redesign (BCSR) contract. Key deliverables include briefing materials, recommendation reports, engineering milestone approval documentation, and conceptual technical data packages. The contractor must submit draft PDR documentation no later than 15 days before the scheduled PDR or the date outlined in the Integrated Master Schedule, whichever is earlier. The government will provide comments within 30 days of each submission, and the contractor must address concerns in no more than two revisions. Final deliverables are due 30 days after receipt of government comments. Distribution of the data is restricted to U.S. government agencies for administrative or operational use as of November 2020. The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation solicitation SPRHA1-21-R-7000 seeks proposals for the BCSR program to support continued F-16 operations.
