Such a request must be in writing and must be submitted to the Manager, Human Resources. c) Each party shall bear its expenses in preparing and presenting its own case. The cost of the Arbitrator’s services and any other expenses incidental to the Arbitration, shall be borne equally by the parties.
d) Should the union want employees to be witnesses at any arbitration hearing, the union will be responsible for any lost pay incurred by the employee.
