About this file
The document is a Building Fire Warden Report for Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS JAX) for Building 826 in January 2026. The comprehensive inspection checklist covers multiple fire safety and facility maintenance categories, including fire extinguishers, facility conditions, electrical systems, storage practices, mechanical rooms, flammable materials, smoking areas, and emergency preparedness. Each category is evaluated weekly, with the Fire Warden marking items as Satisfactory (S) or Unsatisfactory (U), and in this particular report, all items were marked as Satisfactory for all four weeks of the month. The form is structured to ensure systematic monthly fire prevention and safety checks, with sections for Fire Warden and Division Officer details, as well as a section for Fire Prevention Inspector to document any additional findings or fire drill information.
