About this file
This is an attachment to Amendment 0004 of a federal solicitation that provides instructions and a template for submitting specialized experience information. The document requires offerors to demonstrate recent, relevant project experience by submitting information on a maximum of eight (8) recent projects that are directly applicable to the contract work. Offerors must limit their responses to no more than two (2) pages single-sided per project and must comply with strict formatting requirements, including specified vertical cell heights, paragraph indentation, font type, and font size.
For each project submission, offerors must provide the contract or task order number, names of performing companies including subcontractors, a description of the contract scope of work as it relates to the solicitation's Section C tasks and Section M evaluation criteria, detailed descriptions of work performed and not performed by the offeror's current team (defined as the prime contractor and/or joint venture partners/limited liability companies/subcontractors with legally binding agreements), information on project complexities and challenges encountered with corresponding mitigation actions taken, and any additional relevant information demonstrating capability to perform the work described in the solicitation. The document also requires submission of Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) or Past Performance Questionnaires for each project or contract cited, as the Government will use this information in conjunction with the experience narratives when evaluating the offeror's past performance and technical capability.
