About this file
This document is a specialized experience information sheet for a federal contract opportunity. The file outlines the required specialized experience qualifications that prospective contractors must demonstrate to be eligible for award under the Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) Small Business Environmental Remedial Action Contract for Sites in Hawaii, Guam, and Other Areas within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific Area of Responsibility VI (SBRAC VI), solicitation number N62742-26-R-1801.
The document specifies the minimum experience thresholds and technical competencies that small business contractors must possess to perform environmental remedial action services at contaminated sites, including those on the Superfund National Priority List (NPL), non-NPL sites, and Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) sites. Contractors must demonstrate experience with environmental remediation work governed by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Underground Storage Tanks (UST) regulations, and state-specific regulations. The specialized experience requirements ensure that only qualified firms capable of managing complex environmental remediation projects at Navy and Marine Corps installations and other government agencies throughout the NAVFAC Pacific area of responsibility are eligible to compete for task orders under this small business set-aside contract.
