Each key personnel submission must not exceed four pages single-sided and must include current employment history, positions held at other firms organized chronologically, educational background from accredited universities, professional registrations, and training courses relevant to the contract with specific emphasis on COE EM-385-1-1 compliance and hazard identification.

For each project, the submission must include the contract or task order number, project title and location, start and completion dates, dollar value, clear scope of work description, the personnel's specific role, and detailed description of duties performed. The Program Manager, Contract Administration Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Health and Safety Manager may reference Basic IDIQ contracts as relevant experience, while the Senior Project Manager position must reference only completed projects, not IDIQ contracts.
