Contractors must submit documentation demonstrating their manufacturing capabilities and include lead time for delivery. The government will award the contract to the most advantageous offer, with non-price factors being approximately equal to price in importance. The solicitation follows Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures for commercial products and services evaluation.
