About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Facility Management services at U.S. Naval Air Station Sigonella (NASSIG) in Italy. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to support facility management, with a primary focus on the Infrastructure Condition Assessment Program (ICAP) and Condition Based Maintenance Management (CBMM).

Key requirements include maintaining an accurate asset inventory in NAVFAC MAXIMO, performing annual condition assessments on all equipment, and updating system data within 10 days of identifying changes. The contractor must provide personnel with appropriate qualifications, complete customer service training, and engage in the Navy's facility investment strategy. Services cover recurring work such as inventory management and condition assessments, with the potential for non-recurring work to be ordered through DoD FEDMALL or task orders. Performance standards emphasize accuracy of asset data, timely updates, and supporting the installation's mission requirements.
