ANSWER: SOT II and SOT III testing documents are currently under review by NAVSEA. If the testing procedure is not approved by required time. The testing portion will be deferred to a later date. Contractor will still restore the Pallet Conveyor and prove no-load operation requirements.

ANSWER: Steel Inserts may be required after removal of the 04 Level Non skid. 21 areas required inserting when this WI was conducted on the Sister Ship. The 04 level area is the overhead of the 03 Aft Staterooms. There is extensive interference below the 04 level deck

Do deck clips need to be removed as 7.5.6 states to use care when working them?
ANSWER: Standard US Navy deck clips, recessed ringlet style with 4 screws that hold them in place. Approximately 20. Deck clips are imbedded in the asphalt tile and would prevent clean removal of existing floor system.

In paragraph 3.2.14, which is within section 3.2 / Item Description/ Manufacturer's Data, it states to “Hydrostatically test fire hoses to 225 PSI.” This is not stated elsewhere within section 7.0 / Statement of Work. The item also does not list the quantity of hoses to be tested.
Please clarify if fire hoses are to be hydrostatically tested and if they are, how many.
ANSWER: Fire Hoses are Ships Crew item, and will not be tested by the contractor.
