7.4 states to accomplish internal inspections of tanks in 8.1. Many of these tanks (DFM & lube oil) are not included in item 021. Is the intent to open, gas free, inspect & close the tanks not in item 021 as part of item 103 without cleaning them?

ANSWER: Steel Inserts may be required after removal of the 04 Level Non skid. 21 areas required inserting when this WI was conducted on the Sister Ship. The 04 level area is the overhead of the 03 Aft Staterooms. There is extensive interference below the 04 level deck
