About this file
This document is a Section J Attachment 15 Consolidated Facility Services Matrix that outlines the contract responsibilities for a federal facilities operations and maintenance contract. The matrix categorizes the various facility services, such as utilities, HVAC, fire protection, janitorial, and others, and indicates whether the contractor or the government is responsible for each service. The attachment provides details on the specific responsibilities for each service category, including maintenance, repairs, and material/equipment provisioning.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for a Facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services contract with the Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management. The contract will cover over 40 Department of State buildings and facilities across the United States, including the Harry S Truman Building and annexes in the Washington metropolitan area. The O&M services will encompass a broad scope of facilities management responsibilities, such as fire and life safety, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, janitorial, recycling, and grounds maintenance.
