The facility locations are specified as NAS I (Building 170) and NAS II (Buildings 623 and 562), with each location containing 33 square meter units primarily used as two-bedroom quarters with common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. Some rooms are designated for housing team use or planned conversion to laundry rooms in 2027.

Tasks include thorough cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, repair or replacement of damaged hardware and components, and specific procedures for addressing issues like mold remediation. The document emphasizes maintaining housing units in a clean, fully functional state, with particular attention to detail in areas such as kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, ventilation systems, and overall unit presentation.
