About this file
This document outlines requirements for depot-level maintenance services for F-16 aircraft allocated to the United States Air Forces in the Pacific Command. Services include core depot maintenance activities such as aircraft painting, non-destructive inspections, and radar absorbing material repair. Programmed work includes major modifications and repairs to structures like longerons, bulkheads, wings, and avionic upgrades. Additional unplanned maintenance is also in scope. The contractor will perform this work at a facility within the competition circle provided in Attachment 1 to the solicitation. Contractor field teams may also deploy for repairs worldwide excluding combat zones. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center seeks these services through a five-year IDIQ contract with a ceiling of $252 million and potential five-year option. The period of performance is from April 2020 through March 2025 with an optional extension to March 2030. The anticipated solicitation and award are forthcoming.
