About this file
This document contains a pricing table and related federal contract opportunity notice. The pricing table lists over 80 contract line item numbers (CLINs) for depot-level maintenance and repair services for F-16 aircraft allocated to the United States Air Forces in the Pacific Command (PACAF). The CLINs cover a wide range of maintenance tasks from painting and non-destructive inspections to major modifications and repairs of components like longerons, bulkheads, wings, and avionics systems. Proposed pricing is provided for each CLIN covering multiple contract years.
The related contract opportunity notice seeks proposals for a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to perform the F-16 depot maintenance at a contractor facility located within the specified competition circle, with an option to extend for an additional five years. The contractor must also be able to send field teams worldwide excluding combat zones. The $252 million ceiling and April 2020 start date are listed. Foreign participation is allowed and the closing date is to be determined. The contacts provided should be consulted with any questions.

PRICING TABLE
TEP ‐$
CLIN 0006 is cost reimbursable no fee, this line will not be part of the calculated TEP
Prices shall only be carried to two decimal places (no fractions of cents). Any prices that include decimal places beyond two will be rounded down.
The pricing used when issuing a task order will be the current ordering year pricing and it will be used throughout the entire period of performance for that task order, regardless if the period of performance crosses FY's.
The Estimated Quantities provided are for planning purposes and will be used to calculate the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). The quantities provided are not contractually binding. Each provided quantity is the same for each ordering period.
A fully burdened labor rate should be proposed for CLINs 0003 and 0007.
Note that CLINs 0005, 0009, and 0010 will be used on an as‐needed basis using the same rates from CLIN 0003. These CLINs are not part of the calculated TEP because the rate is evaluated under CLIN 0003.
CLINs 0048 and 0049 will be negotiated and awarded at a later date. It was discovered that the TCTOs for these CLINs are not yet finalized.
Duration Calendar Days are the required period of performance for each CLIN. See PWS 1.4.5 and 1.4.6.
