About this file
This document is a cross reference matrix for a request for proposal related to the T-38A/B/C Pacer Classic III Phase III and Talon Repair Inspection and Maintenance program. The matrix outlines nine subfactors under three categories: technical capabilities for parts manufacturing and procurement, technical capabilities for drawing interpretation, and program management. It provides references to statements of work and technical data packages for each evaluation item. Offerors are to demonstrate their ability to produce compliant parts, interpret engineering drawings, and manage subcontractors and risks. The solicitation number is FA8220-19-R-0001 and was posted by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base to support the T-38 aircraft fleet.
