I. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT
1.1 Site Visit: A Site Visit will be conducted at Hill AFB on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, meeting at:
Hill Aerospace Museum 7961 Wardleigh Road Hill AFB, UT 84056
The purpose of this site visit will be to tour of Seed Project – Repair building 270.
1.2 All participants are required to assemble at 9:00 AM in the Hill Aerospace Museum Theater.
Government transportation will be provided from that point during the site visit.
1.3 The offeror shall Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed eight (8) per offeror) to Kristin Stoker, Contract Negotiator, e-mail: Kristin.Stoker@us.af.mil no later than 03:00 P.M.
MDT, Wednesday, October 28, 2015. The following information is required on each attendee (see attachment 35 Site Visit Attendees):

This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the military base and adequate transportation for the attendees. All offerors are responsible for confirming receipt of e-mails to Kristin Stoker.
1.4 Offerors are requested to submit questions in regards to the site visit and solicitation to the point of contact noted below not later than 04:00 PM, Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specification. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Please send information by e-mail to:

1.5 A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors through posting on www.fedbizopps.gov. The record shall include minutes of meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
