A formulation of how long it takes to do a particular task is up to the offeror to propose. |

| QUESTION: What is the Maxwell AFB standard/average or allowable days the contractor is provided for Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM’s)? | The current standard is the contractor will perform COM on a base house as soon as an occupant is identified to occupy the house. At that time, the contractor then provides the occupant with an established move-in date based upon when the house can be ready for occupancy. The average COM days have been between 8-14 days. However, several occupants have moved into quarters as soon as 2-3 days depending on the condition of the house. |

No, there is no regularly scheduled shuttle bus/taxi service. The BOS contractor provides bus/taxi service on-call as needed for military schools/individuals located on Maxwell/Gunter to a variety of location. 2. BOS Contractor transports school students during the school year to and from DoD School, to include transporting students with special needs and field trips. A route is developed between the school and transportation based on the number and location of students 3. BOS Contractor transports federal inmates to and from Federal Prison System to various locations on Maxwell/Gunter. | |||

The transportation function is responsible to have a program and a Unit Environmental Coordinator (UEC) that is responsible for this waste until picked up by the Environmental Flight. | ||

M/H/U: Mile/Hour/Kilometer/Unit Code - A code that identifies how the vehicle/equipment utilization is recorded. Current: Current Miles/Hours/Kilometers - The most current miles/hours/ kilometers on a vehicle at any given time. Veh Eq: Vehicle Equivalent - A unit of measure that denotes the maintenance complexity of a vehicle or item of equipment. Used to determine manning, shop space, and shop equipment requirements. |
