| The government cannot provide this information because it is internal information held by the current contractor. |

| According to Section L, the government is requiring the draft Measurement Area Capability Document that conforms to CDRL A025 as part of the Technical Volume. There is not sufficient data provided by the government to enable offerors to provide CDRL A025. The incumbent has the data and information required for CDRL A025 Measurement Area Capabilities Document, therefore it appears to present an unfair competitive advantage. |
| Section L has been updated to state that this information will be provided in the contractor’s format. The purpose of Section L 4.2.9: Subfactor 5 is to demonstrate an overall understanding in order to produce an effective MACD. |

Section M 2.1 does not list the technical volume attachments and 2.2 contains no evaluation criteria for these requirements.
Please provide evaluation criteria for the Technical Volume Attachments.
Technical volume attachments will be evaluated as part of the overall technical evaluation. No additional criteria will be provided.

Referenced paragraph does not specify which CLINs are included in the calibration services CLIN pool.
Please provide all CLINs that are included in the calibration services CLIN pool.
Incentive Plan has been updated to provide correct CLIN references

Should the Radiac Pool be based on the Radiac CLIN and not the calibration services CLIN?

| Can the government provide workload data associated with warehouse activities: number of line items, inventory turnover, receipts/day, storage, etc.? |
| Warehouse is part of shipping/receiving activities for calibration services and is not used for storage of equipment. Equipment is hold from the time that it is received until it is calibrated and after the equipment is calibrated until it is shipped out. |
| Can the government provide more specific workload data that identifies customers address and contact information for each line item supported; company/unit/PMEL, Org/Office Symbol... |
| Shipping costs are paid by AFMETCAL or reimbursed by FMS customers. Workload data for PMELs will not be provided. |
| Do the hours within the workload data provided in Tech Exhibit 2a include training, QP, Logistics support, etc., for the quantity of items produced? |
| Tech Exhibit 2a includes calibration hours and QP. Training and logistics support are not included in the hours shown. |
