About this file
Exhibit D-2 is an Experience and Customer References form for Competitive Solicitation #02520 for Manlifts Category Two, issued by Enterprise Services for the state of Washington. The solicitation seeks vendors to supply Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs), which are chassis-mounted platforms designed for moving personnel, tools, and materials to elevated work positions. Bidders must demonstrate their business experience by providing details on manufacturers represented, years of sales, and at least three government customer references, with the references section worth ten points in the evaluation process.
The document outlines specific requirements for vendor qualification, including a mandatory references section that is pass/fail. Vendors must list references from the region they are bidding in, show sales data for MEWPs from 2016 to 2020, and provide detailed information about their customer relationships. One unique requirement is that bidders must include at least one reference with a minimum of 5 years of business history and describe a situation where a customer was not completely satisfied, along with how the issue was resolved. Failure to complete the references form may result in disqualification from the competitive solicitation.
