About this file
Exhibit C2 BidPrice-MEWP.xlsx is a bid pricing document for a Washington State competitive solicitation (No. 02520) for Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) across seven geographical regions. The solicitation covers various types of aerial lift equipment, including vertical lifts (telescoping and scissor), boom lifts (self-propelled and non-self-propelled), with manufacturers like Genie, Skyjack, and JLG. The contract allows for equipment, options, and catalog additions that meet specific performance requirements outlined in Exhibit B-2, with bidders able to compete in one or more of the defined regions: Eastern, North Central, Northwest, Olympic, South Central, Southwest, and Oregon.
The pricing structure involves percentage discounts off manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for different lift categories, with current proposed discounts at 0% across all categories. Payment is exclusively through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), with optional P-card or Purchase Order. Additional service offerings include hourly rates for post-warranty maintenance (currently listed at $0/hr), parts procurement, and training options such as on-site and remote repair technician and operator training. Bidders are required to provide a catalog link or attached document demonstrating their MSRP pricing, and all discounts and hourly rates are expected to remain consistent throughout the contract term.
