About this file
This document is Exhibit C-2 for Solicitation No. 02520, a competitive bid for Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) issued by Washington State, covering multiple counties across seven regions. The solicitation seeks vendors to provide various types of aerial lift equipment, including vertical lifts (telescoping and scissor), boom lifts (self-propelled and non-self-propelled), with specific categories ranging from non-self-propelled vertical lifts to self-propelled boom lifts. Manufacturers like Genie, Skyjack, and JLG are referenced as example brands, and bidders can choose to compete in one or more of the seven defined regions: Eastern, North Central, Northwest, Olympic, South Central, Southwest, and Oregon.
The pricing structure is based on percentage discounts off manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for different equipment categories, with all vendors currently showing 0% discount. Payment options include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and optional purchase orders. Additional services include hourly rates for post-warranty maintenance, with both in-house and on-site options listed at $0/hr, and training rates for repair and operator training (both on-site and remote) also currently set at $0/hr. The solicitation covers equipment, options, and additions in catalogs related to Mobile Elevated Work Platforms that meet specified performance requirements, with an emphasis on comprehensive equipment solutions for governmental and organizational needs.
